Voltas is a ceiling lamp created from a cork oak trunk, where the wood and wire together construct the piece's identity. The trunk, 65 cm long, retains its natural shape and vibrant texture, acting as both a structural and visual element.
Three suspended LED lamps hang down in a haphazard fashion. Before falling, the wire wraps around the trunk, creating intentional twists that introduce rhythm, tension, and movement. Nothing is overly aligned or symmetrical. The light finds its way naturally.
Designed for contemporary spaces, kitchens, dining rooms or living areas, Voltas combines rustic charm and modern design. It is an expressive yet balanced piece, where the simple gesture of the coiled yarn transforms function into language.
