Born from an old railway sleeper, FAROL carries in its wood the marks of an intense and resilient life. The deep grooves, irregular cuts, and density of the piece reveal the raw power of matter in its purest state. A bolt runs through FAROL from side to side, leaving a distinct mark – a raw and genuine detail that reinforces its unique character. Process

Each LAMS Woodcrafts combined piece is where the solidity of wood meets the lightness of raffia — two distinct materials, handcrafted with the same respect and dedication.
The wooden base, shaped by time and artisanally transformed, is cleaned, sanded, treated against insects and fungi, and pore-filled before receiving a smooth finish with natural beeswax, preserving the marks, cracks, and imperfections that tell its story.
This process combines technique, patience, and sensitivity, resulting in pieces that don't hide the hand that made them. We value the natural rhythm of the materials and celebrate their authenticity — because we believe that true beauty lies in imperfection.
